Security Guards communicate quickly and easily with store management and other Security Guards via an auricular, which is worn as follows: Hang the receiver on the belt Hide the wire under the sweater Clip the wire to the inside of the belt In the event of unusual, malicious customer behaviour or suspected theft, the Security Guards must immediately inform the store management, mindful of the Clients' well-being and the in-store atmosphere. Anytime a member of law enforcement (i.e., a police officer) requests access to a boutique, the Security Guard immediately informs Store Management. If someone is suspected of attempting to steal something from the Boutique, inform the Store Manager and Police immediately. Nobody can be detained in the Store against their will. Only the Authorities can frisk the suspect or inspect his personal belongings. A specific and discreet common language should be established between Security Guard and Store Management, as outlined in instructions issued by UX.
